Cabinet Racking & Cable Routing Policies

To maintain optimal airflow and physical safety in our PH-1 Manila Datacenter cabinets, all customer hardware must adhere to our racking policies.

Racking Guidelines​

  • Rack Rails: All colocated servers must use proper sliding rails or fixed shelves. Hanging servers by the rack ears alone is not permitted.
  • Cable Management: Use cable management arms or neat zip-ties. Cables must not block the exhaust airflow of adjacent server nodes.
  • Labeling: All client equipment (servers, switches, firewalls) must be labeled with the client's name and ticket reference ID.

Accessing the Datacenter​

To install, swap, or perform physical maintenance on your hardware, you must open a datacenter visitation request ticket at least 24 hours in advance.
