Network Gateway & Port Uplinks

Each colocation plan is connected to our high-speed switching fabric with dedicated uplinks.

Port Configurations​

  • 1U / 2U Plans: Includes a 1 Gbps Physical Network Port with 100-200 Mbps Shared Bandwidth.
  • Half Cabinet (20U): Includes 2x 10 Gbps Ports (Uplinks) with 1 Gbps Dedicated Bandwidth.

Network Gateway Configuration​

Your colocated server will be assigned a gateway IP and a public subnet. Configure your network interface settings as provided in your setup ticket:

  • Netmask: 255.255.255.248 (for /29 blocks) or 255.255.255.240 (for /28 blocks)
  • DNS Servers: We recommend using 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8.
